AI in Mail provides an AI-powered email management platform that: - Connects to your email accounts (Gmail, Outlook) via OAuth - Processes your email using artificial intelligence to generate summaries, briefings, and draft replies - Delivers email summaries and notifications to messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram) at your direction - Sends emails on your behalf when you approve AI-drafted replies The Service requires an active internet connection and valid email account credentials. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Accounts may not be transferred or shared without our prior written consent.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including your name, email address, and phone number. By connecting your email account(s) to AI in Mail, you: - Grant us permission to access your email content, including reading, sending, and managing emails, via Microsoft Graph API (Outlook) or Gmail API (Google), for the sole purpose of providing the Service - Authorize us to send emails from your connected accounts when you explicitly approve AI-drafted replies - Acknowledge that you have the right to grant this access and that doing so complies with your email provider's terms of service You may revoke our access to your email account(s) at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings. Revoking access will terminate the relevant portion of the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Send spam, unsolicited emails, or harass other individuals - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Impersonate any person or entity - Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts - Use the Service for any illegal activity, including fraud or phishing - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service - Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans: - Starter: $49/month — individual professionals - Professional: $99/month — teams and power users - Custom: Contact us for enterprise pricing Subscription terms: - Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then - Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at https://workspace-amber-seven.vercel.app /landing/refund We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle after the notice period.

AI in Mail offers a referral program that awards account credits when you refer new paying subscribers. Key terms: - Referral rewards are issued as account credits only, not cash or cash equivalents - Credits may be applied toward future subscription renewals and have no cash value - Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable - We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time - Fraudulent referrals (self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake sign-ups) will result in forfeiture of all credits and may lead to account termination - Referral credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance if unused

AI in Mail uses artificial intelligence to generate email summaries, reply drafts, and action recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that: - AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions - You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it or sending any email - We are not liable for any consequences arising from actions you take based on AI suggestions, including but not limited to sending incorrect emails, missing deadlines, or making business decisions based on AI summaries - AI summaries are not a substitute for reading your actual emails in situations where accuracy is critical Always review AI-drafted emails before sending. You send at your own discretion and responsibility.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy at https://workspace-amber-seven.vercel.app /landing/privacy. You retain ownership of all content you create and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service. We process email content to provide our core functionality. We do not sell your personal data.

The Service, including its software, design, features, and content (excluding your email content), is owned by AI in Mail and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as allowed by applicable law or with our written permission. The AI in Mail name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of AI in Mail. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: - The Service will meet your specific requirements - The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free - Any AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation - Errors in the Service will be corrected You are solely responsible for all emails sent through the Service under your account.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI IN MAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FROM ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI in Mail and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use or misuse of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third party's rights - Any emails sent from your accounts through the Service - Actions you take based on AI-generated suggestions This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time: - You may cancel your subscription from your account settings page or by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 9373111709 - We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases at the end of your current billing period. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
